“Our main interest is our goat herd. We have 100+ dairy does, which we are planning to milk and sell the milk to be processed into cheese,” said Linda. “Our goats have been certified under Local Food Plus. We also rear sheep and our Ontario lamb can be ordered by half or whole. We also have a small cow-calf business.”
Spruce Knoll Farm is part of Local Food Plus. They sell lamb either by the side or whole.
