Location

Terry and Vickie Gervais’s family farm is located at 254 Maple Sugar Road, Tyendinaga Township, Ontario, Canada. They run Trillium Ridge Sugarworks (Mah Kwan Kadeek Pure Maple Products) has won a Grand Champion Reserve at The Royal Winter Fair.

Their maple syrup farm is nestled on a limestone ridge. Excellent maple syrup and sugar has been produced here since the 1840’s, probably being taught to the Irish immigrants by the local Mohawk Indians.

The farm has 309 acres and they tap 2,700 maple trees and have 5,300 taps in all.

The Gervais family run farm tours and farm holidays, and scout camping is also available.
