John and Barb Rua have run Rua Meats for 24 years. As well as the abattoir, they have a small farm, where they rear beef cattle feeding them on hay and corn. They process a great variety of meat including beef, lamb, buffalo, poultry like chicken, turkey, ducks, geese, as well as ostrich, and wild game.
