Springhill Farm
Our garden has changed over the past 13 years from a cow pasture to a pig field to a small domestic garden to a large vegetable garden of about half an acre. It is a mixed vegetable garden on sandy loam soil. We have increased the organic content by adding lots of well-rotted manure and compost. We don’t use any sprays.
