Friendly Acres - A family farming tradition since 1844. The Gray family farm spans six generations of continuous operation in Tyendinaga and Thurlow Townships since 1844. The Grays have worked the present farm in Thurlow since 1904. Through the years, "Friendly Acres" have produced and marketed milk, cream, eggs, chicken. geese, pork, beef, honey, maple syrup and most recently 'ready picked' and 'you pick' strawberries and vegetables. If you would like to purchase locally-raised beef, maple syrup and strawberries in season, please call or visit us at 3059 Hwy # 37, half a mile north of the Maple Dale Cheese Factory.
