Marsh Hill Farm will be producing a new crop of organically grown garlic in the summer of 2012.    Organically grown vegetables, such as garden peas, sugar snap peas, mesclun lettuce,  french breakfast radishes, purple, white and yellow heritage carrots; striped, orange and yellow heritage beets; heritage tomatoes and beans will also be available at the farm gate.  Roasting chickens and turkeys will also be available by pre-ordering.  Carson will be at the Trenton Farmers Market on Saturdays starting mid June - or stop by the farm at 234 Marsh Hill Road to see what we have available.
