S. and G. Sap House
Simon and Gayle Fortin run S. & G. Sap House in their 50 acre sugar bush on Stewart Road, L'Amable. They have installed pipes to collect the sap and will have 1250 taps this year. They sell their syrup at the farm gate and at The BULK FOOD Store in Bancroft.
