Artichokes

We have a good crop of artichokes this year and Elly Blanchard of Railway Creek Farms has them for sale at the Belleville Farmer's Market. They are delicious roasted with a little olive oil. We will have some for sale for planting in the spring. You only need a few to get a large crop.
