Kevin Durkin rears his cattle on the limestone-rich pastures of Tyendinaga. The cattle are fed on grass and hay and are given no additives or antibiotics. He sells beef by the side, the quarter and as hamburger by the pound. Please remember it takes two to three weeks from making your order to collecting your meat. You can have it custom cut the way you want.
