These heirloom golden beets make a delicious contrast with our striped Chioggia beets - also known as candystripe beet and bulls eye beet, for its red and white alternating rings. This Italian heirloom variety is very sweet and its greens are mild and light green in color. Bull's Blood beets have a rich red root and red tops. The beautiful deep-red, smooth leaves look stunning in a salad and are sweeter than radicchio.
