In every Italian household there is a pasta table—a “pasta tavola”. This is where authentic, fresh and delicious food is made by hand, often with other women sharing traditional recipes and cooking techniques from the old country. The pasta table is where our Nonna shared her love of good food and taught us the art of making fresh pasta from scratch.
