Mushrooms, oyster

Darcy and Tim Maude  grow oyster mushrooms and sweet potoates. The farm is certified organic. They have converted the barn for growing mushrooms. Darcy grows the mushrooms on long bags of organic wheat straw. She soaks the straw and then inoculates the straw with mushroom spore. Oyster mushrooms  require  humidity and light and constant temperatures of 65-68 F.
