Rainbow chard

We grow the lovely Rainbow Chard which we pick small or 1/2 full size. The stalks come in yellows, reds, pale green and orange! Lovely raw in a salad or lightly sauteed.

Salad greens

We grow a wide variety of gourmet salad greens. Picked small and fresh. Once washed these salad greens can last for 10 days in the fridge and still look good!.

Kale

We grow a Russian kale, which is picked small, very tender and delicious. It can be eaten raw (preferred) in salads. Also freezes great!

Beans, heritage varieties

We grow a heritage bean, which made it's way from France to B.C. and is now Ontario. It is a long green bean with streaks of red. Even when it is large this bean stays tender.

Arugula

We grow two varieties of Arugula. This is one of our favorite greens. Spicy and nutty. Wonderful raw in sandwiches or salads. Can be cooked but raw is best!
