The Ellenberger grow a variety of potatoes for seed as well as main crop potatoes. They have Chiefton, Norland, Onaway and Golden Rush, Yellow Hertha, Estima and Fianna. To avoid damage from Colorada beetle the Ellenberger plant their potatoes in mid June.
