Bob Palmateer runs Palmateer’s Abattoir at 2553 Crookston Road ,west of Tweed. He has a butcher shop there, where one can buy fresh meat as well as frozen meats. He sells beef, pork, lamb and buffalo as well as sausages, chicken, and smoked meats. He come from a family of butchers and has been working in Tweed for over 35 years. The bright new shop was built several yeasr ago.
