Cheese factories in Hastings County circa 1910

May 22, 2013 by Louise Livingstone

A photographer staged these amazing photographs at cheese factories in Hastings County around 1910. He must have got there around 6 a.m. when the farmers delivered their milk. The photographs are in the Dairy Buildling at Farmtown Park, home of the agmuseum in Stirling, Ontario. The photographs show us how realistic  the cheese factory display is at the agmuseum.

Please get tin touch if you have similar photographs or if you know anything about the photographer.

The song is sung by Roger McGuinn of Folkden Songs.
