Pig farmer Jeff Ferguson, Springbrook Farm, and chef Jeremy Taft share an interest in charcuterie

 It wasn't long after Jeff Ferguson (right) finished reading a book on the traditional practice of charcuterie that he met local chef Jeremy Taft and discovered, not surprisingly, the pair share similar views when it comes to food.
