Wayne Lain of Maple Dale wins Royal Winter Fair's grand champion cheddar title.

Maple Dale Cheese cheesemaker Wayne Lain's two-year-old cheddar has won the Royal Winter Fair's grand champion cheddar title. Maple Dale also won two more first-place prizes at the fair.
