Frank and Linda Huizenga have moved to a farm on Pancake Hill, overlooking the hamlet of Moira. Their son Jim and his family now run Spruce Knoll Farm, near Roslin and are milking a herd of Jersay cows. Frank continues to grows the crops he needs to feed his sheep. They have a flock of  Katahdin x Dorset sheep, which supplies them with the lamb for their farmgate sales. Their Ontario lamb can be ordered by half or whole or by certain cuts.  They also have a large productive vegetable garden for community (CSA) baskets. Linda is a director of the Hastings Federation of Agriculture, a member of the Food for Learning committee and chair of the Agribition committee held at Farmtown Park in Stirling for Grade Four students in October. She welcomes enquiries about sponsoring this event.
