Stirling, Ont.–Yvette is the shaggy-haired, sharp-eyed, attention-loving starlet of the Ontario Water Buffalo Co.’s milking herd. The curious animal craves a crowd and has been a hit at parades, plowing matches and food festivals. She has even travelled to Pusateri’s Fine Foods in Toronto (technically to a shaded pen in the parking lot, not inside the swank shop).
