Doug McRae will talk about migratory birds passing though Presqu’ile on to Northumberland and Hastings Counties and further afield. He is one of the most respected birders in Ontario with a vaste knowledge of the natural world.
Doug is an expert birder based in the Presqu'ile area. He helped with early banding efforts at Prince Edward Point before the Observatory was established and has been involved with birding endeavours at Presqu’ile and many other places including shorebird work in James Bay. He is an well respected educator leading birding expeditions.
