Join Hastings County and the Culinary Tourism Alliance for a day of networking and knowledge sharing! Our guest speaker will be Chef Carl Heinrich, winner of Top Chef Canada and co-owner of Toronto’s Richmond Station.
Attendees will learn best practices on creating and maintaining a successful restaurant in Hastings County, how it is economically viable to support local, and how and why to create relationships across the culinary tourism value chain.
