Hastings County was well represented at the recent Royal Winter Fair in Toronto where several local participants took part in a myriad of agricultural events.
And while Gillian Mullins took the spotlight and top honours for her fleece in the naturally coloured fine fleece category along with several other prizes and accolades, she was one member of a significant contingent of area agriculturalists singing the praises of Hastings County.
Harvest Hastings Co-ordinator Louise Livingstone says local growers took full advantage of the opportunity to represent the area and the breadth of products available here.
