Is our butter boring?

Salted and unsalted.
There is not a lot of variety on the butter shelf in your grocery store. But Stirling Creamery in Stirling, Ontario, has broken the mold and started making butter with 84% butter fat. That stirred up a conversation about whether you want better butter.
Our guest is Nadege Nourian, a French pastry chef and owner of two pastry shops in Toronto called Nadege.
