We invite you to join us for our virtual AGM on Tuesday, January 25 at 8 p.m. Our guest comic Deborah Kimmett has been grown local! Originally from Napanee, she is one funny lady, a regular on the CBC Debaters, and a much sought after speaker on the conference circuit who has a special interest in the environment and farming communities.

Please R.S.V.P. here so we can send you the Zoom link for the meeting!

Have you had to “pivot” due to COVID?

We’ve heard this word a lot during the pandemic. Has your farm or business had to pivot to weather the storm of lockdowns, supply chain issues, etc..? During our AGM, we’d like to invite members to discuss your experiences — if you are interested in becoming a panelist for this discussion, please email Karen at [email protected] by this Friday, January 14th.

Save the Date!

Harvest Hastings will proudly act as a regional community host for the annual Selling Food to Ontario workshop that is organized by OMAFRA on Wednesday, February 16. It will be a great opportunity to network with other local food champions to learn how to get your products from farm to shelf to table! Spaces are limited, so register early at this link, where you can also see the agenda for the morning.

Please let us know about upcoming events related to agriculture and forestry in your area so we can share with our members! Email [email protected]
