At the recent TEDxManhattan talks, Michael Rozyne, co-director of theRed Tomato, spoke about a topic that is somewhat rare in food movement circles: logistics. Though it’s not a particularly sexy subject, Rozyne explains that “unless we learn food logistics, we will be a marginal movement; on the outside looking in.”
