Kathryn Aunger and her son Aric Aguonie own Earth Haven Farm at the end of Vanderwater Road and take great pride in being able to say that their Scottish Highland cattle along with everything else the farm produces is grown 100 per cent organically. Kathryn says the farming methods they are using are known as bio-dynamics and although they are a certified organic farm, these methods are not new but in fact go back to a way of farming used 75 to 100 years ago.
