Two prominent Canadian pioneer writers (Susanna Moodie and Catherine Parr-Trail) one of whom has a special connection with Belleville, will be featured on a bus tour of Northumberland County sponsored by the Hastings County Historical Society.
The tour is on Saturday, May 7, with a bus coach leaving from the north end of the Quinte Mall at 8:30 a.m.
