Last Wednesday night I had the pleasure of representing our region at the 2012 Brewer’s Plate at Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto. Hundreds of people from Toronto paid $125 each to to tour an endless number of tables featuring a locally produced product paired with an Ontario craft beer
