Judy and Larry Kupecz run an herbicide and pesticide free market garden, orchard and sheep farm on Wellman’s Corner Road in Stirling-Rawdon. We are a diverse farm with lots of interesting critters on the farm for public viewing. As well as the sheep and lambs they raise laying hens for fresh farmgate eggs, meat chickens, turkeys as well as hatch their own pheasants. There is a one acre market garden providing an abundance of fresh in season veggies.

Off season you can select from many homemade sauces and chutneys. They are certified by Local Food Plus. They grow their apples without using sprays. Judy makes apple jelly and apple sauce. Judy is a hand spinner, she has a range of yarns made from her sheep’s wool from Belle Vallee in New Liskeard. Judy is an agricultural educator and offers farm tours for the local schools that wish to bring classes. The children get a tour of the farm and hands on creative and learning activities suited to their curriculum and grade level. Larry and Judy are members of WWOOF Canada and host educational visits from young people from all over the world. They have been working with a Toronto chef to feed their lambs with the by products of saki production.
