Dennis and his partner Fay, raise grass fed, certified organic Angus beef cattle at their farm on Maple Road in Stirling-Rawdon. The farm has been certified organic by Pro-Cert since 1998.

“We strive to produce beef that is not only healthy for the consumer, but tasty too! Our cattle are rotationally grazed through the pasture fields from May until December.  Rotational grazing is a regenerative farming practice that sequesters atmospheric carbon back into the soil.  During the winter months, the cows are fed dry and fermented hay – no grain! Our herd is exceptionally healthy!  All animals are born and raised here and we can fully trace the history of all animals in our herd. Good for the Planet and Good for You!”

Beef is available for purchase in individual cuts or quarter/halves (custom order). You can buy at the Farm Gate, but do call ahead. Our beef is also available at Sharpe’s Food Market in Campbellford, Joanne’s Place in Peterborough and at The Country Butcher Store at Foxboro.  They can deliver locally if needed.
