Vicky Cusack harvests her own organic fruit, pears, plums, grapes and apples and turn them into delicious preserves and jellies. She makes pickles, relishes, salsas and chutney for her vegetables You will love all ‘Vic’s Picks’. She is committed to protecting the environment and has planted hundreds of trees and protects a large wetland on her farm Bent Birch in the rolling hills of Thurlow. It is a refuge for wild animals and home to a menagerie of domestic rescue cats and dogs. Vicky is an expert baker and given a couple of days notice can bake for you. Another talent Vicky has is making Castile soap from pure olive oil.
